Service Delivery Policy
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
1. Consulting Scope
SEC-01Engineering services are delivered strictly in alignment with the agreed Statement of Work or package specifications. All configuration code is tested in non-production environments prior to production release.
2. Project Kickoff
SEC-02Projects initiate with an onboarding session within three business days of contract execution and deposit receipt, establishing access boundaries and review milestones.
3. Timelines and Milestones
SEC-03Milestone schedules depend on timely provision of cloud access credentials. Delays caused by third-party vendor outages or client credential provisioning will adjust timelines accordingly.
4. Deliverables and Documentation
SEC-04All deliverables—including Terraform configurations, CI/CD pipeline definitions, and Helm charts—are committed directly to client-owned repositories with comprehensive Markdown runbooks.
5. Client Access and Responsibilities
SEC-05Clients must provide dedicated IAM roles with least-privilege permissions, designate a lead engineer for technical inquiries, and perform acceptance tests during designated windows.
6. Change Requests
SEC-06Modifications to agreed architecture or workflow specifications must be documented in a written Change Request detailing scope adjustments, timeline revisions, and cost impacts.
7. Acceptance and Handover
SEC-07Upon completion of deliverables, the client has 7 calendar days to conduct verification testing. Deliverables are deemed accepted upon written sign-off or expiration of the review period without raised defects.
8. Remote Delivery
SEC-08All consulting and infrastructure engineering is conducted remotely using secure encrypted communications, video walkthroughs, and repository collaboration.
