Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
01.Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Corevista Global LLC for IT consulting, DevOps engineering, or cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not initiate project work or submit payments.
02.Services & Consulting Scope
All consulting services, CI/CD pipeline automation, and cloud infrastructure work are governed by individual fixed-price packages or written Statements of Work. Any modifications must be executed in writing.
03.Payments & Invoicing
Payment schedules are defined per package. Standard engagements require a 50% initial payment prior to project kickoff, with the 50% balance due upon milestone delivery and client verification. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days.
04.Project Delivery & Milestones
Delivery dates are estimates dependent on timely provision of client credentials, repository access, and architectural reviews. We deliver code into client repositories accompanied by functional runbooks.
05.Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for maintaining current system backups, providing authorized access permissions, designating a technical point of contact, and testing deliverables within the agreed review window.
06.Cancellations & Refunds
Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy based on milestone verification.
07.Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom scripts, Terraform modules, and pipeline configurations developed specifically for the client transfer to the client. Corevista Global LLC retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary tooling.
08.Confidentiality
Each party agrees to hold proprietary technical architecture, credentials, and business strategies in strict confidence, restricting access solely to authorized personnel.
09.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corevista Global LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
10.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be resolved in the competent state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
11.Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued engagement following any posted revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
